This membership is for individuals who wish to support us in our activities wherever you are in the world.
No need to keep bees to be a member of The British Bee Charity, you can still support us and help us in many different ways.
- By being a Member.
- Spreading the word about what we do.
- Helping us to arrange a fundraiser for you, your group or friends and family.
- Sharing the knowledge we give you with as many people as possible.
All Supporter Members are welcome to join any of our events, you will also receive a quarterly newsletter full of lots of interesting facts about bees and other pollinators, events and where we have been helping to make a difference.
Gift Aid
To gift aid your membership subscriptions/donations, you must pay or have paid, an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax for each tax year (6th April-5th April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all charities will claim on the donor’s gift in each tax year. If you pay income tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
